As the official voice of IGSOSA 74/79 Set, we represent the interests and expectations of our Class Set to the School and ensure that we as a Set have an enduring voice in School affairs and its advancement. IGSOSA7479 serves as a link between Ibadan Grammar School and this Class Set, helping classmates stay in touch and involved with the School and providing opportunities for social interaction, networking and volunteer service of all kinds. 

IGSOSA7479 and its members support the School through the following objectives: 

• To advance the excellence and prestige of Ibadan Grammar School as a distinguished institution of learning in Nigeria; 
• To foster a continued appreciation of education at the School; 
• To provide the School with advice and guidance on matters relating to this Class Set and the School; 
• To encourage a spirit of loyalty, friendship, service and benevolence among the members of the Class Set; 
• To promote and support chapters and affiliates of the Class Set in Nigeria and internationally, and to coordinate interaction among these groups.
